Changing the perception of form concentrating on the idea of shape and redefining minimalism, these for me were the strongest of the CSM MA collections.
Tse Goh redefined the white T-shirt enveloping it restructuring it until it stood rigid then reformed it in neoprene.
Matthew Harding pleating came from the idea of corrugated bangles and sculpture.
Jackie Js Lee sleek minimal tailoring using innovative cutting techniques.
Thomas Tait inspired by boxed up shapes that create a fragmented silhouette.
Simone Rocha deconstructed over sized masculine tailoring mixed with feminine flowing chiffon layers.
Lilly Heine created 3D structural shapes with fabric but kept movement and fluidity in what would look to be a rigid structure, inspired by Picasso sculptures.
